Blackberry Vodka Cocktail Recipe

Summer nights needs a new cocktail. Use your blackberries you picked along the Great Ocean Road to make this cocktail faster than a Mojito. In this Kelly Cube cocktail, we prefer Grey Goose or Belvedere as it is smoother, however any vodka will work as the natural flavours will neutralise the vodka.

5 Blackberries

60ml Vodka (Grey Goose)

1/2 Lime (cut into wedges) (or Lemon can be used)

15ml Simple Syrup

Soda Water (dash)

3/4 cup Ice

Add the blackberries, vodka, simple syrup and lime into a cocktail shaker. Using a muddling stick (blunt ended stick), muddle to the ingredients to make a syrup.

Add the ice and shake.

Pour over a tall glass and add a dash of soda water.
