Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

    Raw/ Vegan/ Gluten free/ Dairy free/ Processed sugar free

    Smoothie bowls are one of the most easiest and delicious ways to give yourself a good breakfast full of nutrients, fibre and protein in the morning. Mangos: High levels of pectin, fibre and vitamin C help lower cholesterol. Improves digestion and elimination and boosts the immune system.


    PREP TIME: 5 mins
    TOTAL TIME: 5 mins
    You will need a high speed blender or food processor
    • 1 cup frozen mango
    • 1 frozen banana
    • ½ cup almond milk or water
    • Toppings:
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Coconut flakes
    1. Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. pour into a bowl and add toppings... enjoy xx
