Health Benefits of the Grain Bulgur
Bulgur is high in protein and minerals.
Bulgur has similar health and nutrition to Quinoa (the superfood), it just hasn't been labelled "cool" yet. It is low in fat and calories, and a great grain to stay in shape this year.
It is high in fiber. Unlike bread which generally contains processed wheat with no fibre, Bulgur is a whole grain which is very good for your internal system. We cover a full article on Bulgur and Quinoa. Contact us if you would like us to send you the article.
