Peek into our Kitchen this week as we Char Grill our own local Capsicum. We love char grilling our own capsicum as we use it for our special DATE Cube, specially designed for two people to enjoy cooking. It takes a while to do, and it makes a bit of a mess, but the delicious smells in the Docklands Kitchen make it all worth while. Blacken the Capsicum on the open gas burners, wrap up and bake for about an hr, then repeat, repeat repeat until we have covered enough of you planning a special night next week. Enjoy!
